 Problem #1:
  sudo port upgrade outdated
  --->  Computing dependencies for akonadi
  --->  Building akonadi
  Error: org.macports.build for port akonadi returned: command execution
  failed
  Please see the log file for port akonadi for details:
 /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_devel_akonadi/akonadi/main.log
  Error: Unable to upgrade port: 1

  Problem #2:
  pdflatex
  dyld: Library not loaded: /opt/local/lib/libpoppler.55.dylib
    Referenced from: /opt/local/bin/pdflatex
    Reason: image not found
  Trace/BPT trap: 5


  It is not good when one thing not upgrading screws up the whole system.
  Is my only option to reinstall macports?  Done that once already, but it
  takes time I don't have to do and is bad.
