 A quick note, hopefully informational. Came across this issue in our
 tracker (https://github.com/openzfsonosx/zfs/issues/425), and followed its
 trail. It is discussed in length by Sasu

 I have updated to return ENOTSUP as suggested, and sqlite3 has also
 committed fixes to work around it
 (http://www.sqlite.org/src/info/1bbb4be1a25)

 I would like to believe once MacPorts updates the internal sqlite3,
 everyone should be happy.
