#49632: tortoisehg @3.5.2 would not launch due to wrong mercurial version

 On a clean mac port install, doing port install tortoisehg is OK.
 But launching thg show an error message that the current mercurial version
 is too new for it :/

     This version of TortoiseHg requires Mercurial version 3.4.n to 3.5.n,
 but found 3.6-rc
