 If this file already existed on your system and prevented the activation
 of the python27 port, then it's possible you have other files on your
 system that will prevent the activation of other ports in the future—or
 worse, cause build failures or incorrect builds. If you cannot explain how
 these files got there, it's best to
 [https://guide.macports.org/chunked/installing.macports.uninstalling.html
 uninstall MacPorts], including deleting the directories mentioned in those
 instructions, then reinstall MacPorts and the ports you want. That way you
 can be sure there are no files that shouldn't be there.
