Comment:

 pstoedit's configure script is checking for libstdc++:

 {{{
 :info:configure checking for main in -lstdc++... yes
 }}}

 Trying to use libstdc++ just for pstoedit of course won't work on OS X
 10.9 or later, or on earlier systems configured to use libc++, when
 everything else is compiled with libc++.
