 I'm finally getting around to looking at this. It looks fine with me, but
 you haven't included the current version of the GeneralUser soundfont at
 all.
 Do you want to ship that as a separate port, or as a subport? It's true
 that it's linked only indirectly to fluid(synth), so we could ship it
 under a different name (gu-soundfont? generaluser-soundfont?)
