Comment (by howarth.at.macports@…):

 The builds now occur in a single directory with -arch x86_64 -arch i386
 when using -DCMAKE_OSX_ARCHITECTURES='i386;x86_64' or
 -DLIBOMP_OSX_ARCHITECTURES.
