 makes me think you don't have the Command Line Tools installed, which
 should come with the necessary libraries to fulfill this check. Please
 install them, if you haven't already.

 To debug the other error (if it persists), we need `$(port work
 doxygen)/doxygen-1.8.10/CMakeFiles/CMakeError.log`. Please attach this
 file.
