`pinentry-mac` and `Pallet` are two examples of relatively rare ports that
use the xcodebuild build system. If Xcode is broken due to a bug, these
builds fail without us being able to do anything about it, but provide
workarounds to affected users iff we know of any. I'm sorry the offered
workaround didn't work for you.
