 Oh, wait a sec -- this seems to have fixed it for clang-3.9

 sudo install_name_tool -add_rpath /opt/local/libexec/llvm-3.9/lib
 /opt/local/libexec/llvm-3.9/bin/../lib/libLTO.dylib
 }}}

 and this one fixes clang-3.8

 /opt/local/libexec/llvm-3.8/bin/../lib/libLTO.dylib
 }}}
