 As a continuation of #37343

I'd like to request nmap to remove subversion from its default list of
dependencies. Since #37343 was technically fixed by introducing a variant,
I'd like to open this ticket for discussion. The reason to request this
change is to have MacPorts build an nmap like most major Linux
distributions do, to align with common expectation. As far as I can tell,
CentOS, Ubuntu and their related distributions do not build with
subversion as the default. It's only used for nmap-update, an old closed-
alpha project that barely anyone uses, according to one of nmap's authors.

In addition to this, the subversion port also brings in 12 direct
dependencies, all of which are unnecessary for nmap to function.
