Follow the error message and install fftw-3 +gcc5. libemos needs the
fortran interface of fftw-3, which is not installed by default. You could
install libemos +gcc5, which should invoke installation of fftw-3 +gcc5.
In fact +gcc5 is in default_variants of libemos. There is a difference
between variants in default_variants and user supplied variants. We had a
lengthy discussions in the developer mailing list on my suggestion to
treat both variants equally, but we could not agree to adopt my
suggestion. So we have to do this manually.
