Comment:

 It appears that you are trying to link against LAPACK of ATLAS.  The
 lapack  port installs libraries in ${prefix}/lib/lapack where as the atlas
 port in ${prefix}/lib. Check your the library path of your Makefile. If it
 is not the problem of the port itself we could discuss the use in
 macports-users list.
