 I need some help with p5-sgmlspm. I wanted to switch to metacpan for
 livecheck, but that one doesn't index sgmlspm.

 It seems that CPAN removed the old versions and the new version is not
 officially authorized (whatever that means, it has big bold red warnings
 all over the place).

 The "most information" I got was from
   * https://github.com/gitpan/SGMLSpm/commits/master

 Can you please help me figure out why the port is missing on metacpan?
