 Good luck.  I've had that libunwind bug on my "when I get to it" list for
 quite some time, but that's a very long list =/

 As you run into trouble, feel free to bounce them off of me.  Hopefully it
 goes smooth.

 If it looks good, we could add a new option for `configure.cxx_stdlib`
 like `macports-libstdc++` which would do this fairly easily (although many
 ports will need to adapt).
