 I don’t believe this is the case. MacPorts’ libstdc++
 (`/opt/local/*/libstdc++.dylib`) and Apple’s libstdc++ (everything else)
 are distinct. It doesn’t matter which compiler was used to build them.

 What you have to do is make sure that all your ports use MacPorts’
 libstdc++ and not Apple’s, which you would try to do by setting
 `default_compilers` as Jeremy mentioned earlier.
