 py-awscli was just updated to version 1.14.8.  With the updated version,
 the previously working "aws s3 cp" command now produces the error:

 __init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'max_bandwidth'
 }}}
 There was an upstream issue filed on this at https://github.com/aws/aws-
 cli/issues/3006 which states that this is due to now requiring a newer
 version of s3transfer.  The minimum version of s3transfer is now 0.1.12
 in: https://github.com/aws/aws-
 cli/pull/3003/commits/d081418773889845c0369f9e1d0b47ef4c5b30ad

 Please update macports py-s3transfer to 0.1.12 so that the updated py-
 awscli will work.
