 I will update `py-s3transfer` ASAP. I tested a lot of commands in the AWS
 CLI but not `s3 cp`. I'll probably think about some testing (there's only
 manual testing there), but it may be tricky since many commands use
 payment services. I hope the PR will be sent today.
