 Another instantly doable option (that I would probably prefer) would be to
 just insist people set up older systems (10.6+) with LibcxxOnOlderSystems
 as the only supported macports configuration going forward, and only host
 libc++ linked binaries on the buildbots.

 Then nothing needs to change at all, except the macports.conf stdlib line
 on the buildbots.

 Just have to think for a second about bootstrapping these systems...but I
 think that would just happen automatically from the buildbots ...
