 As far as I understand it, this is supposed to replace `.bash_profile` and
 `.bashrc` in your home directory. [https://github.com/Bash-it/bash-it
 #your-custom-scripts-aliases-themes-and-functions According to the
 README], users are supposed to add their custom aliases/completions/etc.
 to the git repository it was installed from. Wouldn't keeping this at a
 central place work against customization? What would be the purpose of
 this port?

 Also it seems like bash-it has an integrated updater, so that would need
 to be patched out. Furthermore, the bash-it upstream project has 0
 releases. Which version should the port provide? It might help to look
 into other distributions to see how they handle bash-it in their packaging
 as a starting point.
