Comment:

 The message is correct. poppler conflicts with xpdf-tools. Please decide
 which of those you want to have active, and deactivate the other. inkspace
 indirectly requires poppler. so if you want to use inkscape, deactivate
 xpdf-tools so that poppler can activate.
