 This problem has re-appeared for me on 2 machines that just updated to the
 latest version of Sierra 10.12.3. The strange thing is that one of the
 machines was running the betas all along with no problems. That machine
 was working with the complete source install but now appears to no longer
 work with this symptom. I will re-try a complete source build on it.
