 I have some computer, new and old, and I have an old Mac with 10.7
 installed.

 Libpsl was upgraded to 0.20.1-20180328 and it works under OS X 10.7. In
 other Mac with Sierra the binary is OK.

 Libpsl is need for many other MacPorts software that works in Lion. Not
 all software are built under Lion but many are built and the speed is very
 good: ffmpeg, QGIS, ...

 I use MacPorts gcc, better than old Xcode in Lion for compiling
