 Something is up with your gcc7 installation.

 Please uninstall root6. Then make sure you are able to fully update your
 outdated ports and that gcc7 is then functional. Once that is done try and
 reinstall root6.

 I also notice you use a lot of optional variants. If you don't really need
 any of these I recommend removing them. Also not veccore currently has
 problems so you will need to remove this variant.
