 Thanks a lot for the report. Can you please check if
 https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/3294 solves your problem?

 My guess is that the removal of the patch was more or less accidental as
 part of mass-edits when adding support for newer functionality (like
 `CLOCK_REALTIME`) to legacy systems. According to my understanding this
 patch was doing the reverse of what the portgroup did, but I hope that
 someone will double-check. (I didn't upgrade to 10.14 yet to be able to
 quickly verify whether it really works, but I hope it does.)
