Comment:

 Support for `_mm512_set1_epi16` was [https://github.com/llvm-
 mirror/clang/commit/09106fbc895edb88887e76791cd2560350f282f8 committed to
 clang trunk on May 24, 2016] so we need a version of clang released after
 that; looks like Xcode 8 was the first release after that so we need to
 blacklist `{clang < 800}`.
