 Hi,
I am also running into this same problem. Mac OSX High Sierra 10.13.3,
 Xcode version 8.3 (8E162).
 Command line output....

I have tried every combination of clean/rebuild with the exception of a
full removal and re-install of mac ports from my system.
This is a growing issue as I cannot update any python port without
 trashing my pync functionality.
Any work around ideas would be greatly appreciated
 Thanks
