 kotlin @1.2.21_0 generates error when displaying version.

 == Description
 Running kotlin with the `-version` argument:

     $ kotlin -version

 generates the message:

     error: no build.txt was found at home=/opt/local/share/java/kotlin

 While normally application run errors are the purview of the application
 developers, this appears to either be due to a missing file, which would
 be an installation issue.
