Comment (by breun):

 The installation moves `build.txt` to
 `${prefix}/share/doc/kotlin/build.txt`, but apparently the `kotlin` binary
 expects this file to be in `${prefix}/share/java/kotlin` for displaying
 its version. I'll update the Portfile.
