 Trying to upgrade `ffmpeg`, but `libomp` returns a time out:

 Error: Failed to fetch libomp: Connection timed out after 30000
 milliseconds
 }}}

 Is it temporarily, or has i the same sync error as the py*-...? that needs
 a bit if manual syncing.
