 THIS IS WRONG. The libtorrent available at https://www.libtorrent.org and
 https://github.com/arvidn/libtorrent is a completely different libtorrent
 from the one that we have in MacPorts. We need to update the latest
 version of the libtorrent whose homepage is now
 https://rakshasa.github.io/rtorrent/ and is on GitHub at
 https://github.com/rakshasa/libtorrent. See #52476 for that libtorrent
 update and #52477 for the corresponding rtorrent update.
