 'port install gcc7' fails repeatably on this MacBook Pro running macOS
 10.12.6. The failure appears to be in the selftests. This copy of MacPorts
 was built w/o sysadmin privileges, and we are running some funky security
 stuff here, so this may be unique to our configuration.
