 I think the correct solution is to change the code to look for
 {{{
 /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/lib/libclang.dylib
 }}}

 instead of OS version-specific, as Apple apparently stopped specifying the
 OS version in its Xcode distribution.
