 also had to remove the revision line (as the revision now reverts back to
 0 with the update, so the line is removed rather than set it to 0), and
 also update the hashes for the ngspice-docs subport, as now with version
 27, you get a new PDF with new hashes.

 Should be able to post this up for you soonish, as soon as I confirm it
 builds and runs on this machine.
