New description:

 I'm trying to upgrade avahi from 0.7.2 to 0.7.3 but it fails to configure,
 so it won't upgrade.  There is a similar 4 year old ticket #42630.  But,
 since I've had avahi installed and upgraded many times since then, it
 seems likely that it is a different issue.
