 i don't use ruby a lot but i needed a couple of gems installed and found
 some strange issues like rb-* can use most ruby versions but rb19-*
 specifically calls out ruby19 but the versions in rb19-* are newer?

 ex.

 rb-moustache -> 0.10.0
 rb19-moustache -> 0.12.1
 }}}



 {{{
 rb-actionmailer -> 2.2.2
 rb19-actionmailer -> 3.0.5
 }}}


 there are also some that are out of date
 ex

 ruby-build -> 20171226 as is
 ruby-build -> 20180224 current
 }}}
