 After upgrading to the latest libedit version the tab completion and going
 through the history (arrow-up/down) does not work anymore for me in the
 Python ports.

 For example:
 - trying to tab-complete {{{pri}}} gives {{{print\(}}}; there shouldn't be
 a {{{\}}}
 - only the last command in the history can be reached

 Re-installing the Python port from source after this upgrade does not
 solve the issue, reverting to the previous libedit does. Any ideas how to
 fix this?
