 you are using a non default variant (python37). This is why you are not
 using the binary install tarballs, because these are only available for
 the default variants of each port.

 If you want to use the binary install, remove {{{+python37}}}. Otherwise,
 I am afraid I am out of ideas as to why building from source is not
 working for you, sorry.
