 To clarify: "revbump" as I understand it just means "revision bump", where
 only the revision of a port is increased, and not the version; if the
 version of a port increases, the revision is supposed to be reset to 0. A
 revbump is necessary only when a port has been changed but without being
 updated to a new version, and needs to be rebuilt.
