 Did the following:

 1) Updating the version to 20190621.

 2) Changed the checksums to
 {{{
     libhdhomerun_20190621.tgz \
     rmd160  2814398d867bd46484327d7e3b10abd84a3f6038 \
     sha256
 9a60f663b00de5f820bdb85806662e25f22da248b14942e33a8b43a0331f855a \
 }}}

 3) removed patch-02.

 Then tried to install and it compiled but would not install with the
 following error.
 {{{
 Error: Failed to destroot hdhomerun: xinstall: Cannot stat:
 /opt/local/var/macports/build/_Users_neiltiffin_macports_local_net_hdhomerun/hdhomerun/work/libhdhomerun/README,
 No such file or directory
 }}}

 So I seem to have reached my limit of MacPorts foo and stopped.
