 pdal links with jsoncpp though the port does not declare a dependency on
 it.

 Could not open /opt/local/lib/libjsoncpp.19.dylib: Error opening or
 reading file (referenced from /opt/local/bin/pdal)
 }}}

 Please either add the jsoncpp dependency to PDAL or prevent PDAL from
 using jsoncpp even if it is installed. Either way, increase the revision
 as well.
