In the opencv docs, it looks like the python definition of the function
changed from 3.4.5 to 3.4.7, and the last two function parameters appear
to no longer be optional.

shows how the python bindings are generated.
So, it appears to me that if you'd like the previous optional parameter
behaviour, you'll need to ask upstream for them to fix that.
