 Not for us, I'm afraid: I see the same AVX-512 errors with macOS 10.13 on
 an old-style Mac Pro (cheesegrater classic?), using `+gcc9 +openblas`.
 I'll retry with `+gfortran +openblas`, but it'll be a wee while.
