Here is the list I have in my terminal when the warning appeared :

---> Cleaning xorg-libice

---> Cleaning xorg-libice
Warning: The macOS 10.14 SDK does not appear to be installed. Ports may
not build correctly.
Warning: You can install it as part of the Xcode Command Line Tools
package by running `xcode-select --install'.
Just after it was trying to install ds9, it is why I thought the problem
was for ds9, but may be it is better on xorg-libice
I will open another ticket for the ds9 problem
