 Is it that worse to what happens now ? The selected clang version is only
 used *if* the build happens to have it installed.

 Given the fact cctools cannot have an sort of dependency on any mcaports
 clang, what ever version(s) is involved, there is always going to be a
 degree of non-determinism here...
