 AFAIK, you need to whitelist:
 * https://github.com/commercialhaskell/
 * https://github.com/fpco/
 * https://hackage.haskell.org/

 I’d also search the issues at commercialhaskell‘s `stack` repo and see if
 anyone has posted a whitelist solution, or post an issue yourself.
