 Won't fix.

 Rather the {{{stack}}} port is necessary to address years of broken and
 out-of-date Haskell-world MacPorts Haskell packages. The packages
 themselves are designed to be built with {{{stack}}}, and that's how it
 works. See the original PR https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/pull/4633 and related ports for technical details.
