 During the full port rebuild needed for the Big Sur upgrade, `vte-
 gtk2-xfce` failed to configure. Tracing through the log, this seemed to be
 the problem:

 After manually installing `p5.26-xml-parser`, this package configures,
 builds, and installs properly.
