 Yes, I had built it from source years ago (2012 apparently) and I guess
 it's been following me ever since (thanks Time Machine.) Removed
 `/usr/local/bin/valgrind` and `/usr/local/include/valgrind` and the
 package built as expected.

 Must be new behaviour in PHP 7.3 because I never had problems with 7.2.
