Comment:

 Xcode, Xcode additional components, and Xcode command line tools
 reinstalled. Software updated. This builder is back online. I'm sure it
 will take days to work though the > 700 pending build requests.

 It is running on a hard disk for now, but the hard disk is dedicated to
 this VM and I plan to buy a new SSD soon to bring things back up to normal
 speed.
